Gearing Up for Hannah's Bat Mitzvah

One of the most enjoyable things of my job as a photographer is to share joyous occasions with my clients. I am most impressed by family togetherness, tradition and the celebrations involved in a Mitvah.
Often I like to meet the entire family way before the event or even the rehearsal. This way I get to know the personalities and let every one get comfortable with me being a part of the event. I become the visual narrator and am most serious in capturing the moments the best I can knowing for years and years to come this documentation will inspire the memories of all involved.

In the initial meeting I like to make it a mini-session photo session, casual and comfortable. These images can then be transformed in to a customized photo sign in book, or displayed on an easel and allow guests to sign and give the family a fabulous personalized momentum of the event.

I just put together a guest book for Hannah’s Bat Mitzvah. It’s a leather bound book with photographic pages. I just ordered it and am excited to see the end product. This is a photo of a sample from my lab showing the style. The image sin the album are made up of the top choices from our mini sessions. The book has 20 pages in it and 10 that are to be signed by guests. Too see images from our mini session go to: http://www.norahsilvaphotography.com/hanna
